Our early experiences shape the circuitry of our brains including our ability to handle stress and self-regulate, our health and well-being. The formative years (from 0-7 years) are also when our subconscious minds, and many of our core beliefs, are formed. Ninety percent (or more!) of our actions in life are driven by our subconscious mind, which is why it is so important to 'program' positive thoughts and emotions as early as possible. You can play these positive affirmations for children in the background, while they are sleeping or even have them repeat them out loud.
